Dates and time slots selected here are for booking request only. Your booking request is subject to the availability of Bintan Resort Ferry's availability.
Select the departure date from Singapore on the “Activity Date” section on this page.
Select your preferred timeslot and number of passengers.
For return date and time, select these in the “Activity Details” section on the Booking Details form, after clicking checkout.
Due to the popularity of the product, your requested time slot may not be available. In the event your selected timeslot is not available, Pelago will automatically assign the closest available time and notify you by email.

Amenities Available
There are limited numbers of wheelchairs at the terminal and requests are subject to availability only.
An extensive range of delicious food and beverages may be purchased onboard.
Good To Know
Passengers are advised to check in and collect boarding passes at BRF Check-in Counter at least 1.5 hours before departure time.
Free check-in baggage is up to 20 kg per boarding pass. Excess baggage will incur an extra fee at S$1 per kg up to a maximum of 40kg per passenger.
Hand-carry items are allowed with maximum weight of 10kg per passenger with maximum Dimension of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
Odd-sized items such as surfboards (not more than 1.5m in length) and bicycles are allowed at an extra fee of S$20 for return trip.
Amendment of the date or time of the ticket is allowed to be made via Pelago at least 5 days before the departure date with an extra fee of S$10. For last minute change up to 4-hour before departure, the amendment can only be done at the ferry counter at the ferry terminal and is subject to availability.
Ladies who are 28 weeks pregnant or more from time of travel, a medical certification on fitness for travel must be presented during check-in. All pregnant passengers are required to sign an indemnity form at the counter.
Baby prams are allowed on board at no additional charge.
Child tickets are required to be purchased together with Adult tickets.
