Beer and Cured Meat Pairing in Edinburgh

Charcuterie is a specific term with origins reaching as far back as 15th century France; literally translated, it means the products of a fancy pork butcher. We decided to pair some delicious charcuterie with our fabulous beers. Enjoy 4 half pints of Bellfield draught beer, 4 delicious cured meats along side some crackers. One of the team will take you through the malts and hops used in making each beer and how they compliment each meat. As always, everything is coeliac friendly. This event is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans unfortunately.
