Really good wah to know about the city
It was fun and so convenient. Really enjoyed the tour.

Pelago is User friendly.
Very comprehensive tour. I would suggest 2 day pass so you have time to do all the must sees. Wish the information was more updated. Busses started at 9.30 not 10 and not sure what time the last one was, would be better if we could combine blue route and red . The live tracking didn’t work too well. People were helpful at the stops where they were. Other stops not very conspicuous so you need to check ahead where to wait. Signage would be helpful like it is in some other cities
Horrible! It started fine but then the first hop on, we waited 25 mins for the bus instead of 15 at the first Golden Gate stop. Then Pier 39, we got off. Hopping back on was 35 mins now! Then after 1 stop, they switched our bus. After we sat there for 15 mins, they told us, sorry there will be anther 15 mins of wait as the busses are now running every 30 mins instead !!!! The amount of time that got wasted waiting for the us, and the horrible communication was a huge disappointment. We had 3 elderly parents with us ( late 70's, early 80's) and 2 toddlers with us. Had I known the waits are so horribly long, the schedule is this off, no one is on top of their job, and the buses end up running every 30 mins instead of 15---- I WOULD never get the tour! We are locals and did this as a part of a day of exploring ---- Horrible!
