- Refunds will not be given for incorrect pickup time and location. Please make sure to enter the correct information.
- After payment, you must receive a final confirmation voucher to complete your reservation. If the voucher is not sent within 72 hours of your reservation, please contact MOVV Customer Service.
- For airport transfer services, you can check driver and vehicle information through the MOVV app, so please be sure to download the app.
- Additional fees may apply if the tour exceeds the tour time or goes outside the operating area.
- If you encounter any issues while using the service, you can communicate in real time through the Korean customer center within the 'MOVV' app.
- 00:00-06:00 is a late night surcharge period and additional charges may apply. We recommend departing by 10:00 if possible.
- If you exceed the time limit, any time exceeding 30 minutes will be considered as 1 hour and additional charges may apply per hour.
- Any additional costs incurred due to overtime will be separately notified after use, and there is no charge to be paid to the driver on site.
