The local agency reserves the right to refuse service to groups that do not match the number of people provided when booking. Refunds will not be granted
Pictures taken will be stored on Google Drive within 48 hours after the photoshoot. The supplier will upload at least 100 photos, but the actual number of photos provided and the processing time may vary
Please rent a hanbok at your own expense and meet up with the photographer at Gyeongbokgung Station (Exit 4). The photographer will head to the shoot location with you (the rental period should be at least 1 - 1.5 hrs, please allow extra time in case of delays that may shorten photo shooting)
The photo shooting time is 1.5 hrs starting from the moment you meet the photographer. Overtime service will incur surcharges, fees to be paid on-site

Photo shooting is allowed in the event of rainfalls (except for heavy rains). Rainfalls actually create unique atmospheres that cannot be captured in other weather
The best time (golden hour) for photo shooting is 1 hr before sunset. Everything seems extra beautiful during this time. Travelers are recommended to book the time slot that is 2 hrs before Gyeongbokgung Palace closes, the following is Gyeongbokgung Palace's operating time (closed on Tuesdays): - January - February: 9:00am - 5:00pm (last admission: 4:00pm) - March - May: 9:00am - 6:00pm (last admission: 5:00pm) - June - August: 9:00am - 6:30pm (last admission: 5:30pm) - September - October: 9:00am - 6:00pm (last admission: 5:00pm) - November - December: 9:00am - 5:00pm (last admission: 4:00pm)
We regret that there are no special discounts for children, as they may be hard to work with at times
