Learn how to make delectable macarons, including a chocolate ganache filling and shells using the Italian meringue method, and how to assemble them perfectly. As you bake, your host will share the history of macarons and other French pastries. Once your macarons are ready, enjoy them with a cup of coffee or tea - the perfect breakfast!

Bonjour & Bienvenue à Aten-Te Aute in Paris We are Gaby & Carlos siblings with a common passion: FOOD. Since 2016, we have developed joyful French baking & cooking classes for families. A dynamic, fun and easy way to approach challenging recipes in a shared onsite & online experience that promises a unique hands-on participation.
