Service Range: Cebu City/Mandaue City/Mactan
The private tour service is 8-hr long. Overtime service will incur surcharges (dependent on vehicle type), fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver at the end of the tour.
Please notify the correct hotel name and address in the 'Additional Information' section when booking.
Transfer service outside of Cebu City/Mandaue City/Mactan will incur surcharges (dependent on the distance), please consider before booking.
Overtime surcharge: sedan (PHP300/hr), Innova (PHP350/hr), van (PHP400/hr)
Your contact info will be provided to the driver in the case of emergencies.
The driver will confirm the pick-up and drop-off points 1 day prior to the day of tour.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 mins in advance, a grace period of 10 mins will apply, refunds will not be granted to late arrivals.

Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 72 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 72 hours before the date of selection.
