Good To Know
eSIM Validity period (Days) starts upon successful installation. Do not delete eSIM after successful installation.
Please install it on the day of travel or when you need it. You will need an internet connection to install eSIM.
The eSIM is valid upon Installation for your selected duration.
If daily data is used up prior to the daily reset then unlimited data on reduced speed of 128 kbps (Messaging Apps) is accessible.
If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to the internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator’s customer service at: hello@frewie.com (email) and chat via https://frewie.com, indicating booking details and issue faced.
