Usage
The selected time slot is for Burj Khalifa: At the Top (Floors 124 & 125)
Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level
Swap your mobile ticket with a physical one at the entrance
Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to the residence entrance, or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).

All visitors are required to go through a security check and to show a valid ID

Requirement for the Glass Slide
Requirement: Weight 30 to 150 kg and Height 120 to 200 cm
A special rug/mat must be used during the sliding experience, and instructions given by the Sky Views supervisors must be followed
Personal belongings, including mobile phones and sharp jewellery, must be removed and kept inside the pouch
Do not slide on a lying position on your back or stomach
Participants should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
Participants should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
One person only at a time can use the slide

Experience Was Great, Smooth redemption of tickets at Skyview Obervertory, Just Redeem the ticket from Skyview and you can use the same ticket issued to entrer Burj Khalifa. So you dont need to queue again at Burj Khalifa Counter. With this Ticket in burj khalifa, We were issued Silver Sticker "SkyView VIP" Where we were Escorted To a Lounge With Other VIPs.. can go up to 148th Floor.. There, we were serve refreshments like orange juice or tea and pastries.. However we went in the evening and the queue took about 20 to 30min to go up or to go down for vips... i assume normal ticket Holders had to wait about an hour or even longer just to go up or to Leave.. i recommend Going during the day.. we went at night (530pm already dark). Cant see much from the top and not much photos can take cos its dark.. but other than that.. Great Experience
Good choice to buy this VIP package. Highly recommended to avoid the super super super super long queue.
