Provide accurate information. In the flight information field, enter the name of the cruise ship and the date and time it arrives.

Provide an accurate messenger ID or number. Communication via messenger allows you to receive tour notifications more quickly and conveniently.

Pickup is available early, and the tour can end late. However, for group or private tours, since disembarkation times vary, an additional fee may apply for very early or late hours. If the pickup is before 8:00 AM or the tour ends after 8:00 PM, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person will be charged.

We will provide you with the exact pickup time, vehicle, guide, and tour information through a personal messenger the day before the tour.
