Highlights
In the beautiful city of Castellana Grotte, which frames it and which it will be a pleasure for you to visit before or after the course, we invite you to discover one of the products of the Apulian tradition known throughout the world. The expert hands of a cesarina and her very secret recipe will first of all delight your eyes and in the blink of an eye you too will become orecchiette experts. And what better ending than to taste them and taste them? In fact, our Cesarina will have the honor of delighting your palate too, preparing a nice plate of her orecchiette for you, combined with a good glass of wine and our other products.
Itinerary
Strada Vicinale Montelavecchia
After a warm welcome and a short presentation, we will start with an explanation of what the world of Apulian gastronomy is; then, together with the expert hands of our Cesarina, you will begin to produce the famous orecchiette around our common table. After preparation, there will be the most awaited part: the tasting of the orecchiette, in front of a glass of wine, combined according to the season with other products of Puglia, such as turnip greens, rabbit ragout, farinella ... The course will last approximately 2 hours. At the end of the course, the Academy's certificate and apron will be issued, to take us back home with you. A short recipe book will instead allow you to reproduce what you have seen at home.
