You must be at the Pre-Immigration gate with your boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to departure in order to hold the reservation and seat assignment.

Easy to redeem
For departure to Batam, I took the wrong passport. Counter was very kind to help me changed my timing to the next available one. On my return journey, I requested for a date change. Counter was once again very kind to assist.
Amazing offer for a ferry Ticket to batam. Tickets were full flex and even a change of the routing was allowed. Would book this anytime again.
It was a pleasant ride. There were no delay on the departure time at both terminals.
