This was an incredible experience if you really want to understand the relationship between food and culture in Penang. Tiger was a great guide and host who made the experience fun and lively. His willingness to share about his own life gave a personal touch that elevated this activity from a tour to an experience. With full bellies and happy hearts, a big thank you to Tiger!
One of the best tours I've ever had. 100% recommend. Tiger, the tour guide, is very knowledgeable and passionate about Penang's culture far beyond just food. I can feel his love and pride about his hometown Penang. I learned so much in the 6-hour tour. Worth every penny and way beyond my expectations. A memorable foodie experience in Penang. Tiger gave us a great introduction to the day in the (food) life of a Penangite and spoke with such enthusiasm for his home. All the food was so delicious and we were absolutely full when we finished. We also toured the island and went to some great places and had a great hike up to a Hindu temple. 100% worth it we had a great time!
