Chinese tea also greatly assists with the internal cultivation of Tao.Tea drinking is also an indispensable drink in people’s daily diet, offering great health benefits in addition to promoting peace and self-reflection.

In the 1 hourTai Chi experience you would learn Tai chi Taoism knowledge, basic relaxation forms, typical Tai Chi movements, self- massage methods. Instructed by English speaking master, you would understand what makes Tai Chi so popular today across the world and how Tai Chi maintain our good health. In our Tea house you have a chance to taste 4- 5 types different Chinese tea and 3-5 snacks. Assisted by our Tea master, you can distinguish the Tea quality by yourself, enjoy Kungfu Tea ceremony and learn Tea culture in China, the way to relax and meditate while sipping tea.
