For our specialty "Ippon Eel," we select eels so thick that they do not shrink even when cooked over the powerful fire of binchotan charcoal, and our artisans' hands extract every bit of the delicious flavor from them. Crispy and fragrant skin, the fat will melt-in-your-mouth.
This special set meal includes the most popular "ippon-jyu" (one-piece sashimi), umaki (rice roll), kimonosui (soup with liver), and dessert.

Highlights
Directly connected to Kyoto Station on the 11th floor of the Kyoto Station Building. Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa is operated by an eel wholesaler established in 1932. The restaurant is backed by a history of reliable connoisseurship and attention to ingredients. The "Ippon Unagi" and the craftsmanship of the chefs can be seen in the "Live Kitchen," where the Japanese food culture that has been passed down since the establishment of the restaurant and the desire to "deliver the true form of the eel" can be seen.
