The buffet appetizers and non alcoholic drinks were unlimited and everyone seemed to be able to stay as long as they all wanted. They made me a few awesome cappuccinos too!

We got to cut the very long public lines to the elevators going up and down. Had a vip line with no line cutting in front of the others. Saved lots of time.

The lounge experience at Burj Khalifa floors 152-154 was great. For premium ( floor 148) and VIP (152-154) customers the queues were short so we could go up to the top quicker than others. There were very long queues for those going to floor 125. The food and drinks were great. We got to see all the floors mentioned in this review.
The only negative part was that the ticket booked through Pelago did not have the right location information so we wasted initially 15 to 20 minutes going into the wrong location so that communication can be improved for future customer
