The process was like clockwork. Just needed to follow the pictures sent via Pelago (Costa, in my case) and find your name on one of the signages (it was under KKday). The attendant will then hand you over to another person until you reach the pickup bay outside the airport. Once the car has arrived, you will be asked to board the car. No fuss when I reached the hotel too.
Driver very supportive, perfectly on time, van super clean and comfy: I surely recommend!
Super easy to book and Pelago was soo great with their service! Last minute I had to change my pick up time and Riki from the customer team was so prompt + helpful in helping coordinate this change. A Singapore Airlines brand for sure ✅
good arrived just before pick up time took a few detours (pretty sure to miss roadworks etc) got there just over the hour so all good played good country music
