Private Helicopter Trial Flight in Kaikōura

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be behind the controls of a helicopter? Our YouFly trial flight is great just for fun, or could be the first step towards a new career. Taking off from the heli-pads, you will get the opportunity to fly the helicopter with an experienced instructor who will guide you through the take-off, hovering, flight and landing phases of co piloting our Robinson R44 Helicopter. Upon completion of the trial flight, we will return back to the heli-pads where you will be awarded your trial flight certificate. Allow for 45 minutes to an hour for the whole experience from safety briefing/ flight/ to debrief. Please note: WEIGHT LIMIT applies HEIGHT MINIMUM OF 155CM Robinson R44 helicopter for a 20-minute flight with a Qualified instructor beside you. Flight instructor and participant are seated in front seats. No additional passengers can be carried on this flight.
