The tour was conducted in French. Unfortunately I wasn’t informed about this during booking. I ended up having to use the free English audio guide (which is provided to anyone who purchases a normal entry ticket) on my phone. Didn’t benefit from the tour. Waste of money.

It is not easy to do the tour with strollers, wheelchairs, or other items that hinder mobility.
Pets are not allowed
Access may be slow during the high season
Pre Purchase
In order to make the reservation correctly, you must provide the names, surnames, and ID or passport numbers of all travelers, as the access tickets are personalized.
Usage
Participants must go to the meeting point and the guide has the tickets for their tour. The meeting point is at Pl. Virgen de los Reyes, 4, 41004 Sevilla, Spain in front of the Archbishop's Palace.
Post Purchase
There is no need to print anything.
You must bring all original IDs or passports on the day of the visit.
If you do not show up or arrive late, you will lose any right to take the tour and there will be no right to a refund.
