- Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
- Adult passengers must complete the Assumption of Risk waiver before departure. Passengers under 18 must have a parent or guardian available to sign the waiver on their behalf.
- Food and drinks are not allowed on board.
- Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Waterproof jackets will be provided.
- Shoes are compulsory (sandals/flip-flops are allowed)
- On-site lockers are available for your convenience.
- Minimum height: 120 cm
- Suggested minimum age: 5 years
- Under 18s: Must have an adult sign for them.
Not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with recent injuries, or those with neck, back, or heart conditions.
- Show your smartphone ticket at the Thunder Jet Boat office at Sydney Harbour at Eastern Pontoon Circular Quay.
- Photos of your group will be available for purchase after the ride at an additional cost.

The ride was extremely thrilling, but the crew at thunderjet are brilliant. They went over and beyond to make sure my mum had a great experience helping her in and out of the boat which was a big struggle for her. They did it with care and a big smile on their face. Awesome!!!
