Imam was an extremely knowledgeable driver who could share many interesting facts about our destinations and make recommendations on where to go. He is very good at English and we had a great time conversing with him ane getting to know him.
Our driver, Mr. Hari was extremely friendly and courteous. He gave us a lot of tips and was extremely knowledgeable about the good tourist spots as well. Highly-recommended and we really could not have asked for a better driver.
Anang was too good, friendly and accommodative. He guided well and took to the best places and across Jogja and outside province as well. He took us to the best restaurants as well.
Proses sangat simple dan tidak merepotkan sama skali, mas Heru dan mas Tri very helpful.
Driver was not there when we arrived. Had to call the number on the voucher to connect with the office. They mixed up our arrival time apparently which is weird given they had our flight number. Coordinating the meet up with the driver once he arrived was also challenging as his English wasn't good. He was not able to find us at the airport. Overall not a pleasant experience.
Yogyakarta rental office didn’t follow up to email me for my hotel pickup point, I had to called them with help from hotel helpful front desk staff.
