Purchase Notice
- Each group has a minimum number of 8 and a maximum of 43 participants. If the group cannot be formed, a notification would be sent 3 working days before departure to arrange another departure date.
- Participants 3 years old and above are charged as adults, and children below 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. Each departure group can only have 1 free quota.
Reminders
Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before. To avoid delay, no refund would be given to latecomers or no-shows
The itinerary attractions and lunch time will be adjusted according to the traffic conditions of the day
In case of rain, Departure remains as usual.
If the restaurant is temporarily closed on the day, full-house, or the group is unable to dine due to other factors, other lunch arrangements will be made instead.
Applicable from March to May: In case of bad weather, poor harvest or other natural factors that strawberry picking cannot be carried out, the visit will be changed to Yangpyeong's Yangsuri.
If the grassboarding site is unable to operate due to a temporary break or other factors, the visit will be changed to Thousand Years Tea House
to enjoy Korean sweet fruit and a cup of traditional tea (choose one of the following: red date/plum/omija tea) or to a coffee shop which including a cup of ₩8,000 drink.
Due to safety considerations, children below 36 months cannot experience grassboarding. Children below 9 years old and less than 110 cm in height must ride with an adult.
The venue may be under maintenance or closed due to the circumstances of the day, and the organizer has the right to decide. In case of such a situation, the company will not be responsible or compensate.
There are certain risks and potential dangers in outdoor activities. When participating in any activities included in the tour group or provided during the journey, please evaluate own health or ability before participation.
In the event of an accident due to force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel only undertake the obligation to rescue with all their strength, and the company and its members do not bear any responsibility for the injured or casualties.
A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide is provided to accompany the group. For changing the meeting time for the itinerary reservation, please contact via WhatsApp/WeChat/LINE and other communication methods.
Due to the limited quantity and style of the complimentary breakfast and drinks, selection is not available. For special needs, such as vegetarian food or food allergies, please prepare your own meals. Children who do not occupy a seat are not eligible for this discount. Please contact customer service for details.

For guests who want to change their tour, the following surcharges will apply:
- If done within 5 days before departure, half of the tour fee will be charged
- If done within 10 days before departure, a handling fee of HK$200 will be charged
- If done within 14 days before departure, a handling fee of HK$100 will be charged
