- A confirmation voucher will be sent when the tour reaches the minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled
- Arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure, as the tour will leave on time
- Expect a 10-15 minute variation in pick-up time due to late group members or traffic conditions
- Note that the itinerary may change based on weather and on-site conditions on the day
- If inclement weather or other unavoidable factors cause an attraction to close after departure, an alternative will be arranged, and no refund will be provided
- The tour guide's language may change based on the group’s nationality and size without prior notice. The tour may operate in English if participants are from different nationalities
- Children under 3 years old (36 months) can join the tour for free, but they must not occupy a seat. This does not include tickets for various attractions. If age is not reported or is incorrectly stated, travelers are responsible for any price differences arising from inaccurate information
- Vehicles will be arranged according to the final group size. If luggage is required, contact customer service in advance after booking
- Ice fishing is included in the experience, and each passenger with a seat will be provided with a fishing rod. Bait can be purchased on-site, and each individual may catch up to three fish
- Regulations at the location state that non-locals are not permitted to keep the three fish they catch; all fish must be returned to the staff at the end of the fishing session

A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
The itinerary may change without prior notice due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
The tour may operate in English if participants are from different nationalities
Children under 36 months can participate in this itinerary free of charge, but they must not occupy a separate seat. Children aged 3 (inclusive) and above will be charged. If the age is not reported or is incorrect, a fee may be charged on-site
