The night before your trip, you will receive an email regarding important information such as the phone number of the tour guide and the license plate number of the car. Please make sure that your email and mobile phone can be reached.
Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1th to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji.
Kindly understand that the itinerary schedule may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions and other reasons. We do not suggest you have other activities at the end of trip to avoiding any losses.
The tour guide is holding a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point and we also have a "Gogoday" sticker in our vehicle.

Everything was great and the tour went very well.
Amazing experience and wonderful time with my tour guide 林田安娜 She is very professional and try her best to take care and accommodate to everyone's need or request. I am very glad to have her since this is my 1st time visiting Mt Fuji area and get to see the spectacular 富士山 Although I like to add that this tour which I have booked is for a English speaking guide. During the start of the tour, Anna was harassed by a group of 5 tourists demanding her to speak in Mandarin. This put her in a tight spot because majority of us are from many different Countries eg France or Europe, Philippines, Australia and etc. I really hope those who prefer a Mandarin speaking tour guide should refrain from booking for English speaking tour. This is so unfair to the rest of us and making thing difficult especially to the tour guide.
