• Departure Frequency: Every 30 minutes (Line 1) & every 1 hour (Line 2)
• Duration: 75-80 minutes

Night Tour

• Operating Hours: 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm daily
• Departure Frequency: Every 30 minutes
• Duration: 45 minutes

• A minimum of 1 traveler is required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. You will be notified of the cancellation via email 2 days before the departure date.
• In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors, resulting in the cancellation of certain attractions on the itinerary, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you.
• In the event of inclement weather, such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 days before departure (local time 10:00). Notifications will be sent via email.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart promptly.
• The tour may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions.

• Changing the departure time and date is free of charge if the change is made at least 24 hours before the departure date.
• For cancellations within 24 hours before the departure date, the customer will be charged 50% of the ticket value at the time of purchase.
• Cancellations, rebookings, and refunds are free of charge if the Bus company cancels the tour due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, poor traffic conditions or accidents, pandemics, quarantine, or government policies.

• The e-voucher will be sent to your email inbox. Please come to the kiosk of the Vietnam Sightseeing Tour to exchange for the physical ticket.
