We arrived late for our timeslot but had no issue getting in, there was a pram park and a family toilets although they could have been cleaner but I did see a staff member going to clean them as we exited them. There was a touch rock pool at the start which was nice, our 22 month old enjoyed this, there was lots to see in the aquarium and the final room was a viewing window of their big tank that we'd just walked through in the tunnel. This window was great and there was a staff member, Kyle, who gave a very informative and knowledgeable talk which was good. Overall we felt like we did it quite quickly which was a shame but our 22 month old didn't exactly want to stop and look at everything, it took us about 90 minutes including waiting for the rock pool and the talk so not long at all. It was a good experience though and the variety of species was good as was the fact they pump water from the sea in and out which we found very interesting. Overall a good experience and on the seafront by the Blackpool Tower so in a very convenient spot. You could definitely twin going here with another attraction, we didn't due to timing but we did have plenty of time to visit the RNLI station and shop nearby and for an ice cream by the very choppy sea after lunch.
