Enter the Old City through the 500-year-old walls via Zion Gate and walk into the Armenian Quarter. In the Jewish Quarter, explore the Byzantine-era Cardo and pause at the sacred Western Wall. From there, follow the path believed to trace Jesus’ footsteps along the Via Dolorosa, leading to the magnificent Church of the Holy Sepulchre, an ornate 4th-century shrine that preserves the site of the crucifixion, Christ’s tomb, and many treasured relics.
