All vegetarians are welcome with vegetarian ingredients. 9.00: Meet up at the Cafe No 10 Tran Quoc Toan Street, have a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop, sharing your stories with others. 9.30: Head to one of the biggest markets in Da nang where you learn about the Vietnamese shopping way, the local way of bargaining of products, buy fresh ingredients for the cooking class. 10.45: Head to Jolie’s house. It’s time for cooking!
