If you fly with COPA, Air France or KLM: a Driver waits out of customs at terminal 2 holding a sign with your name on it. When you travel without luggage, sometimes you are allowed to exit by Terminal 1, If that is the case, please walk to Terminal 2 or let us know via WhatsApp, so the driver can meet you there.
Other airlines: Driver waits out of customs at terminal 1 holding a sign with your name on it.
If you can not find the driver, email, or WhatsApp us, you can use 30 minutes free WIFI at the airport.
As soon as contact is made and the reservation is verified, the driver will bring the vehicle and take you to your destination, while you sit back and relax.
For pickup from the hotel, please provide return pickup time.
