- General registration hours for activities are from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. The latest registration times are 3:00 pm for Alp Adventure, 3:30 pm for Zipline, and 4:00 pm for Buggy Adventure. Please note that guests registering during busy afternoon hours, such as weekends, may not be able to participate due to waiting times.
- After online sales close, please purchase the Biwako Hakodateyama admission ticket on-site. After entering the park, buy a same-day ticket (JPY300 extra) at the general activity reception in front of the Gondola Summit Station. Note that same-day ticket sales may have ended. Same-day tickets cost JPY300 more than the activity joint ticket minus the admission ticket (JPY2,500 for adults, JPY1,200 for children).
- If all activities (Zipline, Alps Adventure, Buggy Adventure) are canceled due to weather before you enter the park (before using the gondola), a full refund will be given.
- If all activities are canceled after entering the park, you will receive a refund minus the admission fee (JPY2,500 for adults, JPY1,200 for children) upon presenting your ticket at the activity reception desk in front of the Gondola Summit Station.

2. Zip line
- Height: up to 195 cm

- Buggy Adventure single riders are limited to high school students and above, children aged 4 to elementary school students must ride with an adult, and junior high school students must consult with local staff
