HI! I'm Sina and my passion comes from enjoying good food and above all the atmosphere that they create around us while we prepare them… You cannot come to the Canarian territory without savoring a rich paella, sipping sangria. In this experience we will discover the differences between Spanish and Canarian paella. The typicality of the local ingredients, the cultural contamination of the invading peoples and the influence of the surrounding continents have made the Canarian paella unique, with an unforgettable flavour. Strong colors, smells and flavors distinguish this dish. Everything will take place under the starry sky of the archipelago in one of the places least contaminated by light and noise pollution: on the roof of a villa in Playa del Cura. All guests will initially be involved in preparing the ingredients for the paella and sangria (about 45 minutes). Then we will proceed with the cooking, the preparation of the table and the sangria (45 minutes). Finally, during the tasting (about 1 hour) we will be able to discover the night sky of Gran Canaria together: a famous destination for Starlight tourism. Give yourself an emotion!
