This is a set of two types of lamb Genghis Khan soft lean lamb thighs, shoulder meat with just the right amount of fat, and lamb chops made with lamb ribs and back meat marinated in a secret sauce.
The specialty of our restaurant is that it is marinated in a special slightly sweet sauce made from apples and onions, which we have continued to honor since our establishment in 1956.
The special sauce gives delicious flavor to not only meat but also vegetables and udon noodles. This set is also recommended for those who are trying Hokkaido's famous Genghis Khan for the first time, and the set comes with special almond tofu made only from Hokkaido milk for dessert.

You can sample four types of meat, including the top-quality Genghis Khan, including lamb rib roast, a rare part that can only be obtained in small quantities from one lamb, loin meat from sheep that is over a year old, and the most popular special lamb, which comes with lamb ribs.
