The Hidden Waterfalls Tour has this name for a good reason. An experience that is truly off the beaten track, we estimate that less than 300 travelers have ever visited this undiscovered part of El Salvador.
Your tour guide will be clearing a path with his machete as he/she stops to teach you about the medicinal and edible plants that the local people still use to this day. Then we will arrive at the first of multiple waterfall jumps and naturally carved rockslides for you to enjoy.
This tour has something for everyone and should be the number 1 thing on your itinerary when visiting El Salvador.

30 minsAdmission Ticket FreeBefore our ride up in the back of a 4x4 truck, we start with a delicious buffet style breakfast in the colorful town of Concepcion de Ataco. This will make sure you have the energy for the adventure ahead!El Imposible National Park
45 minsAdmission Ticket FreeNext we will drive up through the mountains past some friendly local communities, with some amazing views of volcanos in both El Salvador and neighboring Guatemala.El Imposible National Park
1 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeWhen we arrive at the starting point, you will be briefed by your guide on the unique experience you're about to have and then set off on a 45-60 minute downhill hike. Along the way, you will stop multiple times to learn about the medicinal and edible plants the park has to offer, adding a cultural and educational experience to this adventure. But pay attention as there may be a quiz with some prizes at the end of the tour!El Imposible National Park
3 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeHere is where the adventure begins! You will now have the option jump from your first of 5 waterfall jumps. At about 10ft(3 meters) high, you will start to feel the adrenaline pumping through your body. But don't worry, if you prefer to walk around, its possible. There will then be a series of other jumps and natural rock slides as you pass through the course, with nobody else in the park, you will be 100% connected to nature. We will stop for lunch at either one of the stunning viewpoints where you can relax and be present in this untouched part of the world.Perol Waterfall
2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeHere will be our last stop of the day, and we have definitely saved the best for last. Cascada El Perol stands at an impressive 130 feet or 40 meters tall. An amazing spectacle and a large enough area to swim around, relax and even attempt a few more cliff jumps. Then we will begin an hour long hike(uphill) back to the starting point, where your transport will meet you to take you back to Ataco.
