Immerse yourself in the stunning scenery of Manly Cove with our 1.5-hour
taster guided kayak tour.
After a short safety briefing and paddling demonstration, we’ll paddle from
Manly Sailing along the Western shoreline across to the beautiful Reef beach.
From the beach, you'll have the opportunity to make the short walk up to
Dobroyd Headland to take in the stunning view across Sydney Harbour, or if you
prefer, you can stay at the beach and have a quick dip.
What to Expect:

The perfect way to try kayaking and to visit some of Manly's amazing beaches
and headlands with the support of an experienced guide.
*We cannot control the weather. Therefore we will postpone the tour if it is not suitable for kayaking.
Please arrive 15 mins before the start of your session ready to launch in time.
Duration: 1.5 hours (including safety briefing, setup and paddle)
Includes:
1.5 hour experience
Experienced kayak guide
Small group experience (8 kayaks + guide)
Kayak, paddles, PFD and dry bag.
What to bring
Change of clothes and towel
Swimming clothes if you would like to swim (optional)
Water shoes/thongs
Sun protection, sunglasses and hat
Water bottle
Parking can be tricky in Manly. Please leave sufficient time if driving to
find a spot.

Important Information
Scheduling: Please arrive in sufficient time to change and be ready for
the start of the scheduled lesson time.
Waiver: Each participant will be required to complete a
waiver before
participating in a course/experience. ** ** This can be done
online or at the office.
Location: you will start from Manly Sailing. Our office is located on
the wharf level underneath Many Yacht Club. When in Manly, facing the Manly
Ferry Wharf, turn left and follow the path around past East Esplanade beach
until it ends. A short 10 minute walk.
Hat: A secure hat that can be tied on is recommended.
Clothing: You may get a little wet - so a change of clothes is
advisable.
PFD (Personal Floatation Device) – we supply PFD’s for all participants.
Anyone declining to wear their PFD will not be allowed to participate.
Sun cream: Participants should bring and use sun cream, preferably Zinc
or at least factor 30+.
Towel: Participants will get wet during the session so a dry towel for
afterwards is advisable.
Dry clothes: Participants will get wet during the session so a set of
dry clothes for afterwards is advised. An old shopping bag is recommended to
carry wet gear in is recommended.
