- Choose between skiing or snowboarding at the resort, but note that changing the choice after picking up equipment is not permitted
- Slopes will close daily for maintenance
- Participation in the tour is not recommended if health conditions are unsuitable
- Travelers using LINE for communication must provide the correct ID and set their profile to be searchable
- Certain slopes may be closed due to weather conditions, and this will not be a valid reason for cancellation or refund
- Depending on reservation status, assignment to a tower condo instead of a hotel may occur; this also will not be a valid reason for cancellation or refund
- The minimum age for skiing or snowboarding is 5 years old. For safety reasons, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. KKday is not responsible for any incidents during the trip, so securing insurance is advised
- All tickets (passes, rentals, admission to attractions, etc.) cannot be re-issued
- Additional fees may apply for early check-in, late check-out, or extra bedding and towels
- To ensure comfort and uphold room quality, please adhere to resort policy by paying extra for any guests beyond the room's basic capacity
