1. Towering

[User Guide]

1) Purchase tickets and receive mobile tickets (received within 10 minutes of purchase)

2) Enter after exchanging the QR code receipt at the ticket checkpoint or kiosk

- Children under 36 months can use the service for free with proof of age. (Proof of age required)

- Children under 36 months and under 150 cm tall may ride when accompanied by a guardian (adult).

[Note]

• If you lose your QR code ticket, you will not be able to enter, reissue, or receive a refund.

• If there is a waiting line upon boarding, you can board after waiting. (The ticketing cut-off time may vary depending on the number of people waiting.)

• Please note that operation may be suspended for safety reasons due to weather conditions such as strong winds or rain. (100% cancellation/refund is possible in case of non-operation.)

• In the event of an unexpected situation where it is difficult to get off at the discretion of the staff, you may ride one more lap for safety reasons. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from this.

• Please note that emergency service interruptions are unavoidable for customer safety and there is no separate compensation other than a 100% refund.

• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own negligence.

• Partial issuance or partial cancellation is not possible for this product.

• Pets are not allowed on board (no carriers, bags, or strollers)

• Food and drinks are not allowed.

• Towering does not allow strollers or wheelchairs inside the cabin.

• Towering has a slope leading to the boarding platform, so those with limited mobility must refrain from boarding and require assistance from a guardian.

• Entry may be restricted for those who pose a safety risk, such as those who are drunk, the elderly, the weak, those with a fear of heights, or those with a weak mind and body.

• Pregnant women may be restricted from riding the Ferris wheel after the 32nd week.

• The maximum capacity in the Towering Ferris Wheel cabin is 8 people (including infants and toddlers).

2. Media Art Sculpture Park / Trick Art

• Pets and dogs are not allowed to enter. (However, guide dogs are allowed for visually impaired people.)

• Fines will be imposed for illegally collecting or damaging installations, statues, plants, trees, etc.

• Customers who cause inconvenience to other guests, such as drinking or making loud noises, will be denied entry and will be asked to leave.

• The extreme aerial swing in the sculpture park is available for a fee (KRW 5,000).

• The skywalk within the sculpture park is paid (8,000 won).

• Food and drinks are not allowed.
