With this cooking class, The first people who book the class can choose the three recipes to cook. During three three-hour lessons with chef Aurora, you will learn the real Italian cuisine: not only the pizza and tiramisu sample menu but a lot of different recipes from all over Italy that you will be proud to do again at home. The dinner will be with all your masterpieces, good company, and great Italian wine two glasses pp. included, plus Prosecco and limoncello liquor You will receive all the recipes in English.

A cooking class of three recipes of your choice (if you are the first one to book that date) and then dinner or lunch with good Italian wine (2 glasses per person). When you book, Chef Aurora or chef Lucrezia will contact you with a list of recipes from all over the Italian culinary traditions. Vegetarian and gluten-free also. Not only fresh pasta and pizza: discover what Italians do with zucchini flowers, eggplants, and other veggies. Then lamb, ossobuco veal and scaloppini, fish and the most famous desserts: tiramisu, Sicilian cannoli,panna cotta and more. In two hours you will cook your own portion of everything. After that, you will enjoy lunch or dinner with your masterpieces and a good glass of Italian wine. After ten years of cooking classes, people from all over the world sat down around the dinner table of chef Aurora and Lucrezia to enjoy the company of other travelers like you for a special moment. You will cook, nothing is prepared beforehand and you will be proud of the results. We choose recipes with ingredients that you can find in your Country. Learn how to cut, how to use herbs and spices, how much time to cook, and how to fry or boil. all recipes in English
