The night before your trip, you will receive an email regarding important information such as the phone number of the tour guide and the license plate number of the car. Please make sure that your email and mobile phone can be reached.
Kindly understand that the itinerary schedule may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions and other reasons.
The tour guide is holding a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point, very recognizable.
Please arrive at meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
Each participant can carry one small handbag/backpack. If you need to carry suitcases or large luggage, please make a note when booking.
Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station.
From Oct 1st to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

The activity was absolutely great. We got to see the magnificent Mt. Fuji. The pick up and itinerary were quite smooth and we were contacted by our guide Laner a day in advance. She was absolutely FANTASTIC. She gave great recommendations and was super friendly
Very well organized
Everything was on time
Firstly, pick up at JR Tokyo is so chaotic. Notes mentioned look for Gogo yellow flag. There’s at least 5. And the one I’m supposed to be looking for, does not hold the yellow flag at all. Trip went on, towards the end, the tour guide missed out on picking up 3 guests who went for the onsen option. End up we made a huge detour, traffic jams and all. In the end we returned to Tokyo past 8pm when it was supposed to end around 6 plus.. no lunch no dinner. Hungry like ..
