- Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or refunds are accepted within 48 hours before departure
- Group Lessons: Each group lesson accommodates 15-20 participants with arrangements subject to the supplier's discretion on the activity day
- Bus Waiting Time: Buses wait for 5 minutes during the designated assembly time. Latecomers won't be rescheduled or refunded. Delays of 10-15 minutes may occur
- Collision Incidents: In case of collisions during skiing, on-site translation assistance is provided, but individuals involved must cover medical or compensation costs
- Ski Area Regulations: Walking on ski slopes with equipment is prohibited for safety reasons. Access is limited to the dining area for non-skiers
- Change Fee: Changes to reservation details within 24 hours incur a JYP2,000 handling fee per person. Verify participant count and date before booking
- Ski Equipment Reservation: Ski equipment must be reserved in advance. On-site changes are not allowed. Refund requests for cable car tickets are recommended in advance
