- You can top up the pass for additional bus or tram services at any convenience store where the service is available.
- Valid only for international visitors who have been in Hong Kong for less than 14 days at the time of purchase.
- A valid passport must be presented at the time of collection.
- Adult ticket applies to ages 3–99 years.
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- This activity is non-refundable. Cancellations or changes are not permitted.
- Redemption Required: You must exchange your printed voucher for the physical pass.

If you travel a lot using mrt, can be cheaper. But bus and tram are not included
A complete liar！！！When I went to collect the card, they told me that the transaction had been canceled. I haven't received any email notification or refund. And I can't contact Pelego's customer service. They swallowed my money.
