You MUST wear socks. Failure to do this may result in the tour being cancelled
You must not come into contact with birds 24 hours prior to your Penguin Passport experience

Visitors aged 14-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+)
Participants must be willing and able to navigate a staircase
Usage
Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance
You can visit the aquarium after the experience
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your timeslot
