Purchase Notice
- When making a reservation, kindly furnish the following details for each traveler joining the tour: their full name, height, weight, and shoe size
- If you wish to avail of our complimentary transfer service (exclusive to guests staying in approved hotels in Naha City), please provide the following information:
- Applicant's name
- Hotel name (registered establishments only, not applicable to unregistered businesses and Airbnb accommodations)
- Ensure you arrive promptly at the designated pick-up point as our driver will depart on schedule - Please consult the Health Check List and acknowledge that you have reviewed it in the "Requests & Remarks" section when finalizing your reservation
- Please be aware that Chinese-speaking staff or instructors may not be available during your session. If required, please indicate this in the "Notes" section, and the local agency will make efforts to arrange this service
- Goggles with diopter values ranging from -2 to -8 are offered
- Travelers aged 10 to 60 are welcome, but those aged 19 and below must either be accompanied by their parents or present a printed parental consent form on-site to partake in the activity
- Prior to booking, we kindly request you to assess your health conditions. Travelers who do not pass the health examination on the day of the tour will not be allowed to participate, and KKday will not assume responsibility
- During the activity, the instructor will provide a photography service. Please be aware that the availability of this service depends on safety considerations. The photos will be uploaded to the local agency's website for travelers to download. If you prefer not to have your photos made public, please inform the instructor
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

Kindly ensure that you arrive at the designated meeting location promptly. Late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds
For safety reasons, it is advisable to wait for a minimum of 18 hours after engaging in any type of diving activity before taking a flight
Travelers may park their cars at the free parking lot around the meeting point
Please make sure to bring 1 complete set of spare clothing, slippers (heeled shoes are not permitted), and swimwear (please wear it underneath your outer clothing)
If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend taking appropriate precautions in advance, such as medication. Please be aware that there are no drugstores available on-site
We offer goggles with diopter values ranging from -2 to -8, and travelers are welcome to wear disposable contact lenses if preferred
