Participants will make a spinach pie, a Celebration bread closely tied to traditional Kytherian customs, the classic honey biscuits Melomakarona and completing with sesame and honey bars, Pasteli. If you are interested in including dishes from the other classes please contact me so that adjustments can be made to the programmed menu .
