The Adult and Junior Tree Ropes Courses are separate. Adults may supervise their children outside the Junior course but are not permitted to enter.

- Children (8-10 years): An adult is required to climb as a supervisor with this age group (1:4). A ticket is required for this adult
- Children (11-15 years): An adult supervising from the ground is required (1:10). No ticket is required
- Juniors (3-7 years): An adult supervising from the ground is required (1:10). No ticket is required. There is strictly no adult access to the junior courses
