You will have the most important skills to make the perfect dough. Each couple will make a dough with the recipe for 2 people. You will have the perfect recipe to use at home. Then we will try the products used to make pizza. You will have a detailed explanation of the products of our land. You will taste a typical Neapolitan appetizer. Later I will show you the oldest way to divide dough balls. Called "mopping" I will explain the ingredients to make the pizza margherita.
