In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund.
In the case of the group or baggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle The operator has the right to extra charge same price of vehicle.
Transfer OUT (Hotel to Airport) In case of customer is not punctual. Guest doesn’t show up after meeting time 15 mins (charge an extra 300 Baht).
