Show your smartphone ticket at the Sydney Opera House Welcome Centre, on the Lower Concourse (see map)
Meal and beverage can be redeemed before or after the tour between 11:30 - 18:00 at Opera Bar or House Canteen, on the day of the tour.
Opera Bar or House Canteen is located on the Lower Concourse Level of the Sydney Opera House, next to Opera bar.

Please contact Sydney Opera House at +61 2 9250 7250 to confirm your exact time for the tour (Daily 09:00 - 17:00). You will be provided a check-in Reference number by the Sydney Opera House team
