- Our Chauffeur picks up travelers from the assigned pickup area at the cruise terminal if the pickup is from the Galveston cruise port.
- If the pickup is from the hotels in Galveston, our chauffeur with the car will be at the entrance of the hotel at the assigned pickup time.
-We will pick the travelers up, and start the transfer service from Galveston to Houston.

- The gratuity to the chauffeur is not included and it is not less than %10.
