In the morning, transfer to Kapchorwa to enjoy a hike to the lovely Sipi Falls. It is a beautiful walk to the bottom of the famous waterfall, and then continue with a steep climb exploring a series of caves along the way. Go on a challenging trail to the other waterfalls, pass corn fields, banana plantations and typical bandas. Return to the lodge for a sumptuous lunch and some rest. Late in the afternoon, visit a Coffee Project and find out why Sipi Falls is home to one of the finest Robusta coffees in the world. Talk to the farmers and learn more about the local coffee making process. Then enjoy your freshly brewed cup of coffee as you relax and watch the sunset. Early morning transfers to Pian Upe Wildlife reserve, is one of a kind safari destinations offering authentic African experiences. The reserve is bordered by two pastoralist tribes; Pian which is a sub tribe of the Karamojong and Upe which originates from Kenya. This reserve lies within the Karamoja sub-region of northeastern Uganda and it is regarded as the second largest conservation area in the country after Murchison Falls National Park. Enjoy a game drive in the afternoon and come contact with rare prized Roan antelopes, the only place in Uganda where they can be found, besides the cheetahs, other wild animal species that can be spotted in Pian Upe game reserve on a game drive include: a growing population of lion pride, Elands, Buffaloes, dik-dik, Jackals, wild ostriches, greater Kudu, Jackson hartebeest, zebras among other several wildlife species.

Morning game drive as you exit the reserve on your way to Kotido. This is a great half day stop-over on your way from Moroto to Kidepo with a rich living culture from Nakapelimoru – The largest traditional village in East Africa to the largest cattle auction market in the region and home to the Jié (fighters). Be part of the nomads tracing their origin from Ethiopia famous for their nomadic pastoralism. This is a great location to shop for beads, jewelry and other traditional crafts from the local market or craft shops in town. Experience the traditions, the Manyattas, the arts and crafts, the dances, marriage ceremony-get married to a Karamojong warrior through a mock wedding, the Kraal and the grazing field and traditional performances before retreating to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast is served early, transferred to Kidepo Valley National Park through local manyattas-homesteads. Arrive in the mid-morning hours, check in at your lodge and freshen up for lunch. Join in for an afternoon game drive exploring the park’s extraordinary landscapes including the magical Narus Valley where you stand possibilities of exploring a range of game including the African Elephants, herds of Cape Buffaloes, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Klipspringer, Jackals and possibly Lions among other species. Overnight stay is 500 mt away from Kalokudo gate, literally a stone’s throw from the park. It offers unparalleled vistas of the expansive Narus Valley, Mount Morungole and the distant mountain ranges which form the border with Southern Sudan.

Following an early morning breakfast, drive through the savannah stretches of Kidepo Valley National Park intercepted by patches of borassus palm and the rising scenic hills. You explore the beautiful views of the sun shining over the hills of Lomej, the Lotukei Mountains to the north close to the Sudan border, the Morungole range to the southern boundary of the park before the rays strike down to the endless valleys of Kidepo and Narus rivers. After breakfast, set off for the last game drive and proceed to Gulu “city”, a transit northern town en route to Murchison Falls National Park. Late afternoon check-in followed by lunch at a local restaurant. Option: Treat yourself to an experience of Gulu’s nightlife and street food at your own expense in the company of the company guide. Your overnight stay is nestled in Senior Quarters, a beautiful residential area of Gulu town where you are guaranteed a restful night.

Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park after breakfast- the most scenic spots along the Nile and the location of the classic Humphrey Bogart film, The African Queen for check in. Join your guide for a visit to Murchison Falls, where invigorating spray — the collective force of the majestic Nile — showers a narrow ravine, only 7 meters (23 feet) wide before plunging 43 meters (141 feet). Overnight on the southern bank of the River Nile overlooking Uganda's largest national park, Murchison Falls.

Set out on a game drive today along the northern banks of the Nile in the heart of Murchison Falls National Park. You may see giraffes, buffalo, elephants, warthogs, leopards, lions and antelopes. This afternoon, embark on a boat cruise to the base of the falls, watch out for hippos, crocodiles, elephants and birds on the river’s banks.

Take a scenic drive through rolling hills dotted with tea estates to Kibale National Park, one of the most varied tracts of tropical forest in Uganda. Known for its 300 bird species and population of chimpanzees, Kibale is home to 11 primate species. You may also spot mangabeys and a vast array of butterflies. Arrive at your location in a patch of evergreen forest, just outside the southern part of Kibale Forest National Park. It borders the Magombe swamp, known for the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary and 10 min drive to Kanyanchu Visitor Center, where your chimp track starts from. Get absorbed by forest smells and sounds, spot primates swinging through the trees and observe rare birds and beautiful butterflies fluttering around.

Rise early this morning and make the short drive to the start of your chimpanzee trek. The chimpanzees feed high in the trees, so binoculars are a must. Barks of baboons occasionally pierce the forest silence as you make your way along the trail. Return to the lodge for lunch. Afterward, enjoy time free to indulge in one of the many activities on offer at the lodge, such as a guided walk round the crater rim.

Early morning drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to a wide array of wildlife, including elephants, hippos, buffalo and baboons. Offering magnificent views of the rift valley, it is also known for its tree-climbing lions. Breakfast is served early before the morning game drive in this majestic national park.
