Everything was very well organized
We book with pickup from a supermarket at Ubud central and guess what, no one came to pick us up! We waited pass another 15min and called a cab to the habour. At the counter, the lady just apologized and gave us a 20% discount ticket to their cafe at lebomgan, which is basically useless. Can't even claim for the taxi fare. What's worse if we miss the ferry then our plans will be disrupted. Hence, I make it a point to get the company contact 1 to 2 days before the trip to re confirm everything after this incident.
